How astonished I was this past Monday, when I saw my three favorite luxuries on West 40th Street just south of Bryant Park. My southern cheeks smiled as I sauntered on the bustling street and savored the view of this jewel of green space—which is even more appetizing with a little cake, a little chocolate, and lots of coffee.
